# AI Operations Manager (Automation & Revenue Systems) ## Role Overview We are seeking an AI Operations Manager to design, manage, and optimize AI-driven workflows that improve customer engagement, collections performance, and revenue growth. This role combines technical expertise with operational execution, requiring someone who can translate workflow improvements into measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with Collections, Data/Analytics, and Engineering teams to build scalable systems that reduce manual work while improving conversion and recovery results. ## Key Responsibilities You will design and manage automation workflows across CRM systems, WhatsApp platforms, APIs, and workflow automation tools. You'll lead the development of AI-powered collections, repayment, and customer recovery systems to enhance operational efficiency and revenue performance. You will optimize customer engagement and conversion flows across digital touchpoints through continuous testing and refinement. This includes conducting A/B testing on messaging scripts, engagement strategies, offers, and communication workflows to identify what works best. Your responsibilities also include monitoring system performance in real time, identifying and resolving operational issues quickly, and collaborating with collections teams to improve recovery processes and portfolio outcomes. You will work with data and analytics teams to track key performance indicators, generate actionable insights, and measure system effectiveness. You'll coordinate with engineering and technical teams on infrastructure, integrations, and automation implementation while identifying opportunities to reduce manual operations across processes. Documentation of automation workflows, integrations, and operational processes will be maintained throughout. ## What We're Looking For You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field, with 4–8 years of experience in fintech operations, automation, CRM systems, or related operational technology roles. You have strong hands-on experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make, solid understanding of API integrations and systems architecture, and familiarity with CRM platforms and messaging automation systems. Experience with collections, payment flows, and revenue operations is highly preferred. You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, experience running rapid testing cycles, and the capacity to thrive in fast-paced environments. Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills are essential.
