The Challenge

A multinational financial services firm needed 8 senior software engineers for a 6-month core banking migration project. The project was time-sensitive and technically demanding. Hiring permanently was not justified for fixed-term work. But managing contractors directly meant taking on payroll, employment compliance, and HR administration in a market where they had no existing HR infrastructure. The Challenge

A financial services company was processing check verifications and debit card requests through a team of operations staff. Tender Leather Care Co. is a luxury leather restoration and care business based in Lagos. Despite the quality of their work, their entire customer base came through word of mouth and social media referrals. There was no website, no way for new customers to understand the range of services before reaching out, and no way to showcase the quality of results before a client committed. Growth was limited to how far a recommendation could travel. They needed a professional online presence that matched the standard of the work itself.

The Solution

We designed and built a complete brand website from scratch. The site includes individual service pages with detailed descriptions of each treatment, a before-and-after gallery showing real client results, an online booking flow for service enquiries, a product shop for leather care products available for direct purchase, and a client testimonials section. The design was built around the brand's premium positioning: clean, restrained, and focused on craft. Every page was written and structured to give a first-time visitor a clear picture of what the business does and why it is worth choosing.

The Outcome

The site launched and was entered in the 2023 Lagos Leather Fair. It won the Trailblazer Award. Inbound enquiries from new customers increased significantly after launch.
