Strivolabs provides talent placement, secondment, HR consulting, and technology services. Specific terms for each engagement are set out in the service agreement or proposal agreed between Strivolabs and the client.

3. For Candidates

• By submitting your CV or profile, you confirm the information provided is accurate and complete.
• Strivolabs does not guarantee job placement or interviews as a result of your submission.
• We will use your information solely for recruitment purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You may request removal of your data at any time by contacting hello@strivolabs.com.

4. For Employers and Clients

• Specific commercial terms, fees, and replacement guarantees are governed by the signed engagement agreement.
• Our standard permanent placement includes a 60-day replacement guarantee as specified in your agreement.
• Candidate profiles shared by Strivolabs are confidential and may not be shared with third parties without our written consent.
• You agree not to directly engage candidates introduced by Strivolabs without completing the placement through us within 12 months of introduction.

5. Website Use

• You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems.
• Content on this website is owned by Strivolabs and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Intellectual Property
