# Sales Administrator ## About the Role The Sales Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Sales and Business Development Department. You will ensure efficient sales operations, maintain accurate documentation, and facilitate seamless day-to-day departmental activities. This role supports revenue-generating activities by organizing sales records, coordinating internal processes, managing customer onboarding, and facilitating communication between teams and clients. ## Key Responsibilities **Sales Coordination and Documentation** You will provide administrative support to the sales team by coordinating meetings, schedules, and departmental communications. You will maintain organized sales records, customer files, and business documentation while preparing quotations, invoices, proposals, and agreements. You will support customer onboarding, account setup, and ensure proper filing and retrieval of contracts and records. **Reporting and Systems Management** You will prepare periodic sales reports, trackers, and performance summaries while maintaining and updating CRM systems and customer databases. You will monitor sales submissions for completeness and accuracy, track sales targets and account activities, and generate reports for management review and operational decision-making. **Process Compliance and Operations** You will ensure adherence to established sales processes and documentation standards. You will monitor compliance with approval workflows and reporting timelines, coordinate interdepartmental communication on customer requests, and follow up on pending approvals and invoices. You will support audit and verification processes and identify opportunities for process improvement. **Customer and Account Support** You will respond professionally to customer inquiries related to accounts and documentation. You will escalate concerns to appropriate personnel, assist in scheduling client meetings, and support account documentation processes to maintain service efficiency. ## What We Are Looking For You hold a Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field, with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in sales administration, business support, or operational coordination. You are highly organized with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and can manage multiple priorities effectively. You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms with demonstrated record-keeping and reporting abilities. You are reliable, professional, and maintain confidentiality. You approach work proactively with a solution-driven mindset and a genuine service orientation. Experience in technology, fintech, mobility, energy, or related industries is preferred.
