# IT Infrastructure Manager ## About the Role We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee and optimize the organization's IT infrastructure environment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high system availability, network security, infrastructure scalability, and smooth day-to-day operations across servers, networks, cloud systems, and enterprise tools. You will need strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to align infrastructure operations with business objectives. ## Key Responsibilities You will manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, cloud environments, and enterprise applications. You will ensure maximum uptime, reliability, performance, and security of all IT systems and services, while overseeing infrastructure projects such as system upgrades, migrations, cloud deployments, and disaster recovery implementations. Additional responsibilities include monitoring network performance and troubleshooting connectivity issues, developing and implementing IT policies, security standards, and backup procedures, and leading cybersecurity initiatives and vulnerability management. You will manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, supervise and mentor IT support teams, and ensure proper documentation of systems and configurations. You will also monitor infrastructure costs and IT asset management, collaborate with other departments on technology solutions, maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations, and provide escalation support for critical infrastructure issues. ## What We Are Looking For You should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management. You must have strong experience managing Windows and Linux servers, network infrastructure including LANs, WANs, VPNs, firewalls, routers, and switches, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and virtualization technologies including VMware or Hyper-V. We need someone with a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and infrastructure security best practices, experience with infrastructure monitoring and performance management tools, and excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. You should demonstrate strong leadership and team management experience, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and experience with vendor management and project management. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, Microsoft, AWS, Azure, or CISSP are advantageous.
