# Head of Foundation ## About the Role Strivolabs is seeking a Head of Foundation to lead the vision, strategy, and operations of our foundation. You will drive social impact initiatives, manage partnerships, oversee program execution, and ensure sustainable growth through effective fundraising and stakeholder engagement. This position requires a strategic leader with experience in the non-profit or development sector who can combine vision, execution, and relationship management to deliver meaningful and measurable impact. ## Key Responsibilities You will develop and execute the foundation's overall strategy aligned with organizational goals, defining key focus areas, programs, and impact objectives while providing leadership to the foundation team. You will design, implement, and oversee social impact programs, monitor their effectiveness, and prepare impact reports for stakeholders and leadership. Your fundraising responsibilities include developing and executing fundraising strategies to ensure financial sustainability, building relationships with donors, partners, and sponsors, identifying grant opportunities, and managing grant applications. You will represent the foundation in external engagements, events, and partnerships. You will engage with key stakeholders including government agencies, NGOs, corporate partners, and community leaders, serving as the primary representative of the foundation and building networks to expand our reach. Operationally, you will oversee day-to-day foundation activities, ensure regulatory and governance compliance, manage budgets and financial planning, and establish policies for operational efficiency. Finally, you will recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and impact while tracking team performance and outcomes. ## What We Are Looking For You hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Business Administration, or a related field, with 8 to 12+ years of experience in non-profit, foundation, CSR, or development sector roles. You have proven experience in program management, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong understanding of social impact frameworks and development initiatives. You demonstrate clear leadership and team management experience along with excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. A Master's degree or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred, as is experience with international organizations, donor-funded projects, or grant writing. You should bring integrity, accountability, strategic thinking, and strong storytelling ability to this role.
