About the Role We are recruiting a Head of Retail for our fintech client to lead and scale retail distribution, agent networks, and customer acquisition channels. The ideal candidate will drive user growth, product adoption, and revenue through physical and field-based channels such as agents, merchants, and retail touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute retail and agent network growth strategy Drive customer acquisition and product adoption across retail channels Build and manage agent, merchant, and field sales networks Oversee day-to-day retail and field operations Monitor KPIs such as active agents, transaction volume, and revenue growth Ensure strong customer experience and service delivery across touchpoints Identify and expand into new markets and territories Work closely with product and operations teams to improve on-ground performance Requirements 7–10+ years of experience in fintech, banking, or financial services Strong experience in agent banking, merchant acquisition, or retail distribution Proven track record of driving growth and market expansion Experience managing large field teams or regional operations Strong leadership and execution skills What Success Looks Like Growth in active users, agents, and transaction volumes Strong and scalable retail/agent network Improved product adoption and market penetration High-performing and well-managed field team
